I currently reside in Langdon Alberta with my husband and two little boys as a successful Equine Therapist. I graduated from the B.C. College of Equine Therapy in the year 2000 and have been certified for 8 years.

 

I grew up near Indus Alberta with an indoor riding arena and began training horses when I was 15 years old. By the time I graduated from high school I knew I wanted a career that complimented my lifestyle and that could improve the performance of the horses that I trained. Also, because my dad’s business was buying and selling horses, I seen a lot of sore horses that couldn’t be fixed with traditional medicine and I wanted to be able to help them.

 

Through all my years of experience I have worked on many types of horses with many types of problems. However, my specialties have become healing sore horses and enhancing the performance of horses with optimal health.

 

As a therapist, I take great pride in the work I do and focus on using techniques to balance the horses body as a whole. My goal is to make the horse feel comfortable and pain free in order for them to perform as the athletes they are.
